Fireye, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of flame safeguard and combustions controls systems for commercial and industrial applications. Fireye’s roots go back to the 1930s when the company offered the first commercial/ industrial electronic flame safeguard control, a photoelectric device designed to detect the presence of an oil flame in less than a second. Fireye provides state-of-the-art commercial and industrial flame safeguard controls. Our products are used in schools, factories, petrochemical plants, power utilities and other large buildings throughout the world.

55UV5 SERIES

Fireye 55UV5 self-checking scanners are used to detect ultraviolet emissions from fossil fuel flames such as natural gas, coke oven gas, propane, methane, butane, kerosene, light petroleum distillates and diesel fuels and are suitable for use in Class I, Div. 2, Groups A, B, C, D and Class II, Div. 2 Groups F and G hazardous locations. These 55UV5 models are used only with the Flame-Monitor, D-Series, FlameWorx and MicroM control models to provide flame safeguard and monitoring systems for supervised manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic single burner boilers, process ovens and heaters.

The NX6100 integrated controller is a microprocessor based flame safeguard and parallel positioning combustion control built into one compact user configurable package. NX6100 supports up to 10 servo motors and has an optional 10.4″ touchscreen display  to show boiler operations and simplify the commissioning process.

PPC4000

The Fireye PPC4000 is a state of the art parallel positioning system for all types of liquid or gaseous fuel fired combustion systems. When combined with a Fireye flame safeguard system such as the Fireye BurnerLogix control, the PPC4000 offers a compact parallel positioning system and it is the newest member of the Nexus family.

INTOUCH

The inTouch Wireless Monitoring System was developed to communicate directly with up to ten (10) Flame-Monitor or MicroM flame safeguard controls. In the event of a lockout the information  is transmitted to you through the nationwide cellular network, AMPS (Advanced Mobile Phone System), eliminating the need for costly telephone lines. And because inTouch is a cellular device, installation time is greatly reduced.

PF SERIES

The Fireye MBPF-100S and MB600PF provide visual indication and relay output that signal the user regarding flame presence in a combustion chamber.

Unique to the module is its ability to use UV or flame rod or both simultaneously.

The modules use an inexpensive socket for mounting.

The Fireye Paragon, type 105F1-1 flame scanner is a microprocessor based flame analysis device utilizing solid state flame detection sensors. The Paragon scanner provides high integrity sensing of multiple flame properties, including Amplitude, Flicker Frequency and Flame Learned vs. Stored Curve Fitting. Combinations of these measured properties are utilized to provide superb discrimination in a multiple burner, multi-flame application as well as monitoring of flame performance characteristics such as peak flame temperature.
